1. Adults only
Our site and products are for people aged 18 or over. By placing an order you confirm you are 18 or over.
2. Your order
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you an order confirmation email and the contract is then made. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was clearly wrong, and will refund you in full.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). We are not VAT registered, so prices include no VAT. Delivery costs are shown before you pay. You pay when you order, using the methods shown at checkout.
4. Delivery
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Items are posted in plain packaging. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 1-3 working days, although couriers can occasionally take slightly longer. Unless we agree otherwise, we will deliver within 30 days of your order. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you. See our Delivery Information page.
5. Cancellation, returns and refunds
Your rights to cancel, return and be refunded are set out in our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Faulty goods
Your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these terms.
7. Product use and safety
Please read all product instructions before use. Do not use products that are damaged. Follow cleaning and battery guidance. Electrical items and batteries should be disposed of correctly; see our Delivery Information page.
8. Our liability
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise our liability for a product is limited to its price.
9. Complaints and law
Contact us first at info@tickledandtempted.co.uk and we will try to resolve it. These terms are governed by UK law. This does not affect your legal rights as a consumer. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use your data.
